Sunnycloud is Live! Introducing the Talk-First CRM
It’s official - Sunnycloud is live! 🎉 After months of planning, building, and refining, the first version of Sunnycloud is now in the hands of its first users. I can’t wait to see how it performs and what feedback comes rolling in.
But that’s not all - this week, I’m also introducing Sunnycloud’s killer feature, the one that sets it apart from every other CRM out there. Say hello to the Talk-First CRM.
The Talk-First CRM That Will Change How You Work
What if you could update your CRM just by telling it what to do? With Sunnycloud, you can. It’s as simple as saying:
Add Arla as a new lead and Anna Svensson as the contact person. She’s the head of sales, and I met her this morning. They’re interested in 10 Pro licenses. Also, I want to call her on Thursday at 10:00 to discuss next steps.
Sunnycloud will then:
Create an account called Arla with status “lead”
Add Anna Svensson as a contact and set her role to “head of sales”
Create a deal with 10 Pro licenses
Log a meeting activity with Anna from this morning
Schedule a new activity for you to call her Thursday at 10:00, with a note to discuss next steps
Or say:
"Move the deal with Arla to won, and change their status to customer."
And Sunnycloud will:
Update Arla’s account status to “customer”
Set the open deal to “won”
It’s like magic, but it’s real - and it works in multiple languages, including Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and more.
Why Talk-First?
Let’s face it - traditional CRMs can be time-consuming and clunky. By making Sunnycloud talk-first, I wanted to create a tool that feels natural and easy to use. Whether you speak, type, or even just write a quick note in conversational text, Sunnycloud gets the job done.

Sunnycloud is officially live, and the first users are already diving in. I’ll be spending the next few weeks gathering feedback, making improvements, and spreading the word about what the Talk-First CRM can do.
