Progress, Plans and a Surprising Inbound Lead
This week felt like one of those “heads down, make things happen” weeks. I focused on improving and fixing release functionality, made progress toward features planned for Q1, and started lining up meetings for the coming days. And here’s the cherry on top - a completely cold inbound lead came through! Small wins like that are what keep the momentum going.
Fixing and improving Release Functionality
Post-launch, the focus has been on ensuring everything works as smoothly as possible for early users. This week, I tackled several key fixes and made improvements to workflows that needed a little extra polish. While it’s not the most fun or exciting part of building a product, it’s some of the most important work for creating a seamless experience.
Preparing for Q1 Features
Even while fixing what’s already live, I’ve been looking ahead. This week, I started preparing and learning for features planned to go live in Q1.
I’ve told you about the talk-first feature where Sunnycloud stands apart from other CRMs. These upcoming Q1 features are also AI-powered, designed to supercharge sales teams and make their workflows even more efficient. While I can’t spill all the details just yet, let’s just say the goal is to take “sales enablement” to the next level. It’s really pretty cool what’s possible to do nowadays!
Laying the groundwork now will make it easier to deliver these game-changing features when the time comes. It’s a balancing act - managing what’s live today while also thinking about what’s next.
Meetings and Momentum
I’m also excited to share that I’ve booked a couple of meetings for the coming week, including one that somehow found me and wants a demo, so one that I didn’t reach out to first! There’s something special about someone discovering Sunnycloud, checking the website and reaching out on their own - it’s a small but meaningful validation that the message is starting to resonate.
These meetings are a great opportunity to hear firsthand what potential users are looking for and to start building those early relationships.
Summary
Every week has its challenges, but this one felt like a good step forward. Fixes are happening, plans for Q1 are shaping up, and the first meetings are on the calendar. It’s starting to feel real - and I can’t wait to see where these conversations lead.
What’s one thing you’re focusing on to make progress this week? Let me know - I’d love to hear about it!
