Demos, Outreach, and Interesting Conversations
This week has been a mix of learning and exploring new opportunities. I ran a couple of demos, tested small-scale outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, and discovered a few areas where my outbound workflows could improve.
On top of that, two very different but intriguing conversations came my way - both about joining forces with Sunnycloud. It’s been a lot to process, and while I haven’t made any decisions yet, these talks have me thinking about the possibilities.
Learning from Outreach and Demos
I’ve been keeping my outreach small and manageable for now, focusing on testing what works and what doesn’t. This week, I tried a mix of phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages, and the early results have already given me a lot to think about.
One thing that stood out is how important a well-structured outbound workflow is. I’ve noticed areas where I can streamline the process, from how I follow up after an initial touchpoint to refining the messaging itself. These small improvements could make a big difference as I scale up outreach in the coming weeks.
The demos, on the other hand, have been a great way to see how people interact with Sunnycloud for the first time. It’s been exciting to show off the Talk-First feature and hear firsthand how people think it could fit into their workflows.
Two Intriguing Conversations
This week also brought something unexpected - two separate conversations about potentially joining forces with Sunnycloud.
One was an offer to invest in the company, while the other was about merging Sunnycloud with another software platform to create a CRM tailored to their niche use case. Both are paths worth to explore, and each comes with its own set of opportunities and challenges.
For now, I’m keeping my options open. It’s a good reminder of how the tech world works - sometimes, paths you never expected start opening up right in front of you.
But. It feels like I have something that is interesting as these two, and a few earlier discussions have indicated that other persons see a huge potential in what I do!
What’s next
Next week will be about refining my outbound workflows based on this week’s insights and preparing for more demos. I’m also going to take some time to think through these new opportunities and decide whether they’re worth pursuing further - or if I should stay laser-focused on building Sunnycloud as it is now.
I’m leaning toward the latter.
This week was a mix of steady progress and unexpected opportunities. It’s exciting to see where these conversations could lead, but for now, the focus remains on improving workflows, running more demos, and getting Sunnycloud in front of potential users.
Have you ever had to decide between staying the course or exploring a new opportunity? I’d love to hear how you approached it!
